Chris Brown dropped by Roger AKA @THEGOODMANLIFE’s room at Record Plant in Los Angeles, CA. I could definitely hear CB on the track and you could really tell that he was really feeling the track. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope that this track gets put down because this sounds like it has all of the makings of a classic song…… It is also worth noting that the production behind the track is stellar. We need to hear more from these guys. Good looks @THEGOODMANLIFE for posting the video for the world to see!

Last night at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver, CO, Common and N.E.R.D. performed to an excited crowd and left a number of fans yearning for more.
The N.E.R.D. performance was decent. Maybe a bit cheesy for my taste. Pharrell was pacing back and forth on stage picking girls out of the crowd to join him for an inpromptu performance up on stage. Be keen to the climax of this clip, featuring a 200lb+ female grinding Skateboard P to the crowd’s immediate approval. Enjoy the vid:
As you can see, the N.E.R.D. set was entertaining and P grinding with the large lady was the icing on the cake!
As for Common, his set was short but sweet. He did a lot of his classics, as well as a couple of new ones. Overall, great show but we were ready for another hour of head bobbin’ and funky lyrics. Here’s a little video for ya:
So, who made it out to the show and what did you think?
I realize that I am not the first one to acknowledge how sick Asher Roth is but I felt a need to post about the mixtape The Greenhouse Effect Vol. 1 because it is just that good. If you are a fan of hip-hop, plz dl this album immediately.
From start to finish, this album is solid. Asher sounds like a young version of Eminem. The comparison to Em is apparent immediately.
Interest in the PA representative has been growing organically via his myspace page as well as other web 2.0 mediums. Check out his website here.
The 3rd episode of the 2nd season of Fox’s Kitchen Nightmares featured “Guiseppi’s” from McComb County, MI.
Guiseppi’s was suffering from an ongoing battle between a father (owner) and son (chef). Guiseppi’s was using the microwave to cook their “crap” food. Chef Gordon Ramsay had his hands full with these guys. The father was constantly telling the son what do do, instead of giving the kid a chance to learn and grow. Being a diabetic, the father was hoping to pass the business along to his son in order to avoid stress and an early grave like his mother and his sister. The father is incredibly harsh and the Chef shows the family that they need to communicate more openly in order to be successful in life and in business.
At the mid-point of the show, they father and son engaged in a cook-off. The father won but this was a critical point in the relationship between the father and the son.
At re-launch, the cook walks out on the father and son and they manage to serve a good dinner.
Chef Ramsay does a great job of turning this place around, despite a table walking out on them at the relaunch. The family is also very receptive to the Chefs advice, which is nice to see.
What did you think about the family featured on this episode?
Here’s Big Worm coming to the defense of R. Kelly:
Here’s the R. Kelly Interview:
I’m siding with Flex on this one. That’s pretty bold of Big Perm to go off on Flex for publicly denouncing this type of sick behaivor and R. Kelly’s arrogance in regard to the case.
Looks like certain celebrities share the love for the 4 door Wrangler Unlimited. It seems that the skaters have made their Jeeps more for show than for actual off-roading. I think Justin’s is probably the coolest…behind mine, of course.
